All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges, with the exception of faulty or incorrectly shipped items. If faulty or incorrectly shipped items, contact customer service within 7 days of the package arrival date in same as new condition for a refund. Internationally shipped items are not insured for faults caused by shipping process.
